We launched and managed Cancer Council Victoria’s Facebook page, adopting a warm, sensitive and informal brand tone. Over an 18 month period, we wrote content for posts twice a day, responded to fans’ comments and questions, as well as mitigated sensitive issues as they arose online.

Over 12,000 Victorian fans ‘liked’ the page during this timeframe, during which it had one of the highest Facebook fan engagement rates compared to pages from other Australian cancer charities.
